This magnificent hotel complex encompasses a range of impressive features, including commercial stores spanning a generous area of 5500 square meters. The hotel boasts a modern and luxurious design, spread across 11 typical floors, along with two basements and a ground floor. It offers a total of 103 rooms arranged over 14 floors, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.
MABCO’s scope of work included various essential elements such as excavation, soil improvement, piles, and concrete works, ensuring a solid foundation for the structure. The result is a building that seamlessly blends functionality, aesthetics, and superior construction techniques.
